A gala moment guests take home.
A sponsor could help fund a cinematic guest experience, with agreed branding on the delivered content. Build the offer around your mission, your guests, and a partner whose goals fit.
SponsorshipFor organizations with space & an audience
Your lobby, gallery, concourse, arcade, or gathering could host something a brand helps fund. Explore new sponsorship revenue around your space and audience—with an experience people want and a clear offer your team can take to market.
You don't need a finished sponsorship plan to start a conversation.

The guest perspective
The capture is one part of the experience. Seeing guests gather around the result is another. Build your offer around something people genuinely want to join.
A real Viewso guest reaction—not proof of a post, lead, donation, or sponsor result. Sponsor recognition and content use would be scoped separately for your event.

A recurring fan or guest experience could give a sponsor a role across several dates. Define the locations, schedule, and benefits you actually control before offering a series.
A branded video experience, product interaction, or custom build can give guests something to do. Choose the format around the audience and the sponsor's goal—not just the equipment.
Five practical moves
Who is it for? What happens? What does the sponsor receive? Start there. Open a step when you want more detail.
Talk through our opportunityDescribe who attends, why they come, and what interests them. Use registration information, surveys, or past event records where available.
Keep total attendance separate from the people likely to reach the activation and those it can actually serve. Label estimates as estimates; don't invent a demographic profile.
Are they trying to reach local families, introduce a product, create content, host customers, or encourage a trackable action? A useful offer answers a specific goal.
Ask the sponsor how they define success before presenting a package. The same experience can serve different objectives, but it shouldn't promise all of them automatically.
A cinematic portrait. A fan video. A product they can try. An installation they want to explore. Choose something that adds to the event rather than interrupting it.
Viewso can help shape the concept and production plan, including the guest flow, staffing, capture, branding, and content delivery.
List the benefits: the experience, approved branding, promotion, content rights, hospitality, or a product integration. State the dates, quantities, responsibilities, and exclusions.
Only offer rights you control or have approval to include. Additional benefits need their own scope and commercial assessment; they're not automatically included in an activation estimate.
Start with what can be recorded: participants served, capture sessions, delivered assets, and benefits fulfilled. Add tracked offer responses or permission-based opt-ins when those systems are agreed and configured.
Separate projections from observed results. Social impressions, unique reach, sales, and brand lift are different measures; a media-equivalent estimate does not prove business return.
Illustrative offer · not a case study
Imagine a gala with a sponsor-supported Glambot experience. A straightforward offer could explain:

Guests create a cinematic portrait and receive their video. They can keep it and choose whether to share.
Agreed branding on the delivered video and approved placement around the experience. An optional offer or QR link gives interested guests a next step.
A defined opportunity to present to a potential partner, with production costs, rights, and responsibilities accounted for before agreeing on the package.
No sponsor, venue, price, reach, or revenue is promised in this example. Every package is developed for its actual audience and approvals.
Shape our gala offerWhat partnering with Viewso means
Develop a concept around the guests, setting, and sponsor objective. Start with 360 or Glambot—or explore a custom build.
Define the equipment, staffing, setup, creative integration, operation, and content delivery in the project scope.
Agree on operational counts, branding fulfillment, and any additional tracking before the event. Reporting follows the available data and the agreed scope.
Put a starting point on the conversation
Use the calculator to estimate core participation, content, organic distribution, and a starting sponsor ask. Then work through the wider offer.
A planning baseline—not a guaranteed selling price or profit forecast. Additional rights and benefits sit outside the calculator. Sponsor funding, production costs, and fulfillment obligations all affect the revenue your organization retains.
A little clarity before you start
You can start small. The goal is a clear, deliverable offer—not a complicated sponsorship program on day one.
Yes. We can discuss the audience, concept, and scope while you explore potential partners. Don't commit to production on the assumption a sponsor will appear; agree on who funds the project and when commitments are made.
Sponsor acquisition is not automatically included in an activation. We'll agree on who leads outreach, introductions, negotiations, and approvals before promising support in those areas.
Start with who you can actually reach and why that audience matters to the sponsor. Size is one part of the offer; fit, the experience, deliverable benefits, and measurement also matter.
Your event or organization, who attends, the date and location if known, what you want to accomplish, and whether a sponsor is already interested. Bring any existing rights or restrictions. Rough notes are enough to begin.
For anyone who wants to dig deeper
Audience understanding, useful benefits, and reporting are established sponsorship practices. Viewso applies those principles to the experiences we can plan and deliver.
