ViewsoSponsorship
& impact

For brands & agencies

You have a goal.
Give people a reason to join.

Make your sponsorship more than a logo placement. Build an experience people want to join—with clear benefits for your brand and a practical way to assess its potential value.

Bring us your own event—or explore an audience opportunity.

Glambot / A different kind of spotlight

Make the guest
the headline.

A little direction. A camera move. A moment that belongs to them. Glambot brings a different energy to an experience—one built around making guests feel seen.

Actual Viewso Glambot capture—not a verified sponsor placement or measured campaign. Brand integration and content usage rights would be agreed for your project.

The value for your brand

What does your sponsorship get you?

A role people can experience—not just a logo they pass. Choose the benefits that support your goal.

01 / Be part of the event

Give people a reason to stop.

A fan experience, product interaction, or custom installation can give your brand a role in the day. Plan approved placement and branding around the people you want to reach.

02 / Create a takeaway

A moment they can take with them.

A branded video, a portrait, a personalized card, or something made just for them. Define the creative, delivery, and usage rights; guest posting and social distribution are not guaranteed.

03 / Invite a next step

Make interest easy to act on.

An optional QR offer, product trial, or permission-based sign-up can connect the moment to an action. Tracking and lead capture need their own agreed setup and data responsibilities.

Two examples. A wider creative toolbox.

Choose the moment.
Make it yours.

360 and Glambot are two ways in—not the boundaries of what we can create.

Fan celebration

Make them part of the action.

A 360 celebration station gives fans a place to show their energy—and a video to take with them.

Best starting goal: guest participation and branded content.

Inside the fan campaign

The people. Fans attending an approved game-day gathering, festival, or community celebration. Start with the actual audience and activation access—not the headline attendance figure.

The moment. Guests step into a themed 360 experience, celebrate together, and receive their content. Plan queues, group captures, operating hours, and practical capacity.

The sponsor. Agreed branding on delivered assets and approved placement around the activation. Optional event promotion or an offer can be separately scoped with the rights holder.

Viewso. Define and produce the agreed capture setup, guest flow, creative treatment, operation, and content delivery.

The report. Record participants, unique captures, assets delivered, and agreed placements fulfilled. Report observed posts or social performance only where data is available. Participants and unique assets are different counts.

Before we promise it. Confirm venue access, team or event marks, creative approval, category restrictions, and responsibility for promotion. No team affiliation, sponsor, or location is confirmed by this example.

Plan our fan experience
Premium guest experience

Give them their headline moment.

A directed Glambot portrait makes a gala, awards night, or hospitality event feel personal—not like another logo wall.

Best starting goal: a polished guest experience and content.

Inside the premium campaign

The people. Invited guests at an approved premium event. Use verified participant context when choosing General, VIP, or Talent assumptions; a luxury setting does not automatically mean a high-reach audience.

The moment. Lighting, direction, and cinematic capture give guests their own spotlight. Content is delivered for them to keep and optionally share.

The sponsor. Agreed creative integration on delivered assets and around the experience. Hospitality or sponsor content usage can be explored separately, with the relevant approvals.

Viewso. Scope the creative, lighting, setup, guest direction, capture operation, and delivery. Plan throughput for the actual event and available hours.

The report. Record participants served, unique captures, delivered assets, and branding fulfillment. Talent attendance, posting, reach, and media coverage are not guaranteed.

Before we promise it. Confirm the footprint, guest permissions, usage period and channels, and who approves brand and event identity. Guest delivery does not automatically grant sponsor content usage rights.

Plan our premium experience
Product discovery

Let people try the story.

A custom demonstration, sampling space, or hands-on installation gives people something to explore before an optional next step.

Best starting goal: product interaction and trackable interest.

Inside the product campaign

The people. Guests whose interests and setting fit the product. Ask what makes the interaction useful to them, not just useful to the campaign.

The moment. A practical, approachable way to try or explore the product. Develop the build, staffing, accessibility, operating requirements, and product safety responsibilities before agreeing the concept.

The sponsor. An approved product presence, explained experience, and an optional QR offer or permission-based sign-up. A guest can enjoy the experience without joining a marketing list.

Viewso. Develop and produce the agreed experience with the brand and relevant specialists. Product supply, specialist demonstrators, venue permissions, tracking, maintenance, and removal are assigned in the scope—not assumed.

The report. Record completed interactions using an agreed counting method. Report scans, offer redemptions, and marketing opt-ins as separate measures when tracking is configured. A scan is not a qualified lead or proof of a sale.

Before we promise it. Agree consent, privacy notices, data recipients, retention, and follow-up responsibilities. Product discovery, custom builds, and lead capture are not priced or forecast by the calculator.

The goal and setting shape the format. These examples promise no posts, impressions, leads, sales, funding, or return. Viewso production, sponsor rights, and additional benefits are scoped separately.

Start with what you have

Bring the event.
Or start with the audience.

Your own setting, an audience to explore, or a client brief. We'll define the opportunity and the Viewso role with you.

No confirmed venue inventory is listed yet; availability and rights are confirmed before any bookable package is offered.

A few details. A useful plan.

What makes
a good brief?

Who do you want to reach, and what do you want them to do or feel? You can bring rough notes. Open a question for more detail.

Talk through our idea
Who are we creating this for?

Describe the people, the setting, and the priority: participation, content, product interaction, hospitality, or an agreed next step. Use actual audience information where available.

Attendance is not the same as activation participation. Plan for the guests the experience can reach and practically serve.

What does Viewso handle?

Viewso can help with creative direction, brand design, sourcing, and production. That can include developing the concept, designing artwork, coordinating specialist suppliers, producing the agreed experience, operating the activation, and planning content delivery.

You can engage us from the first idea or for a defined part of an existing campaign. Equipment, design deliverables, staffing, setup, reporting, and any custom build are defined in the project scope.

Venue rights, event promotion, exclusivity, talent participation, usage rights, and data access are not automatically included. We'll agree on responsibilities with the event owner and your team.

What should we bring about timing and budget?

Share the date or campaign window, location, operating hours, budget status, and any must-haves. Mention access restrictions, approval deadlines, and existing production partners.

A sponsor ask is not a Viewso execution quote. We'll scope production and any additional benefits separately before you commit.

How will we know what worked?

Agree on the objective, metrics, and available data before the event. A recap can include recorded participants, captures, delivered assets, and branding fulfillment within the agreed scope.

Premium equipment alone does not create premium reach. Actual social performance needs observed platform data. Offers and opt-ins need configured tracking. Sales and brand lift need their own measurement approach; estimated impressions do not prove either.
