Picture it at your gala · illustrative concept
A sponsor could help fund a Glambot guest experience. Here's how we could build that offer.

Illustrative package options—not automatic inclusions or measured results. The calculator estimates the core activation; additional benefits need their own scope, permissions, budget, and value assessment. Avoid counting the same benefit twice.

The essentials are here. The guides go deeper when you're ready.
Talk through your ideaIt can. An organization can offer agreed benefits in exchange for sponsor support, which may help fund an experience or other event needs.
The result depends on the sponsor agreement, production budget, and delivery obligations. The calculator recommends a starting ask; it doesn't predict a signed deal or net revenue.
It models participants served within practical capacity, unique assets per capture, expected posts, gross organic impressions, engagements, and a comparable paid-media value.
Media-equivalent value is a comparison, not cash earned, unique reach, or proof of sales. The sponsor recommendation is a core activation starting point. Broader rights and benefits need their own commercial assessment.
Inspect the planning assumptionsTell us what you're looking for. During planning, we'll agree who owns sponsor outreach, introductions, negotiations, venue approvals, campaign rights, data responsibilities, and reporting. Sponsor acquisition is not automatically included in an activation.
We're building the opportunity directory. No confirmed venue inventory is listed here yet. Availability, rights, and any sourcing services are confirmed before a proposal is agreed.
